The Role

 

The role of Administrative Assistant belongs to the Religious Education Curriculum and Formation for Mission Teams. We have 5 office campuses across the state and this role will be based at our West Leederville office.

 

This position is primarily responsible in providing effective and efficient administrative support and undertakes a wide range of complex administrative tasks that support the work of the Religious Education Curriculum and Formation for Mission teams. These include coordinating professional learning activities and supporting the Accreditation process.

Selection Criteria

 

  • Understanding of and commitment to promote the teachings of the Catholic Church.
  • High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise initiative and sound judgement in setting priorities and managing variable workloads with a focus on people, results and attention to detail.
  • High-level communicator (verbal and written) with experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders (at all levels).
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and manage processes at a high level.
  • Ability to provide outstanding administration and high-level information technology support to the directorate.
  • Advanced skill and knowledge in standard office procedures, equipment and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • At least 3 years or more experience in a similar role.
