The Role
The role of Head of Integrated Solutions belongs to the Digital Technology team in the Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology directorate. We have five office campuses across the state 
and this role will be based at our West Leederville office.

 

As Head of Integrated Solutions, you will lead the strategic development and enhancement of CEWA’s Administration of Schools (AoS) platform and integrated enterprise applications. You’ll manage a 
high-performing team of developers, analysts, and support specialists, oversee third-party integrations, and ensure system improvements meet regulatory obligations and user expectations.

 

This role is pivotal in supporting CEWA’s digital transformation and aligning technology with strategic priorities.

 

This is a full-time ongoing position.

Selection Criteria

Essential

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic product management, including roadmap development, backlog 
    prioritisation, and agile delivery (sprint planning, execution, and review)
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing technical teams, fostering a collaborative and 
    high-performing culture
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise effectively 
    across internal teams and external vendors
  • Expertise in managing third-party integrations and ensuring system enhancements meet regulatory 
    obligations and user expectations
  • Solid understanding of risk management practices related to digital systems, including security, 
    updates, and support continuity
  • Commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos in the performance of duties

 

Highly Desirable

  • Experience working within education or not-for-profit sectors
  • 5+ years in software development and support service delivery
  • Current Microsoft D365 certifications
