Integrated Solutions Developer

The Role

The role of Integrated Solutions Developer belongs to the Digital Technology team in the Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology directorate. We have five office campuses across the state and this role will be based at our West Leederville office. We are seeking two full-time ongoing team members to commence in this role starting 17 November 2025.

 

This role supports the development and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE features, including workflows, plugins, and Power Apps, to build scalable and maintainable solutions that integrate with CEWA’s broader business systems such as finance, HR, learning management, and procurement. The developer will build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and CEWA’s connected systems, ensuring smooth interoperability and consistent design principles. The developer will support data migration activities, develop workflows using Power Automate and PowerShell, and assist in automated testing.

Selection Criteria

 

Essential 

  • Prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Experience in developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE features, including workflows, plugins, and Power Apps.
  • Ability to build scalable, maintainable solutions that integrate with broader business systems such as finance, HR, learning management, and procurement.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and connected systems, ensuring smooth interoperability and consistent design principles.
  • Experience in supporting data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Skills in developing workflows using Power Automate and PowerShell to streamline internal processes and support automated testing.
  • Ability to work closely with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), developers, and the Solution Architect to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
  • Participation in sprint ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to align development work with strategic priorities.
  • Knowledge of ensuring all development and integration work aligns with Microsoft’s evergreen update model and architectural standards.
  • Experience in maintaining technical documentation and contributing to reusable integration documentation.
  • Participation in code reviews and collaboration with testers and analysts to ensure quality and reliability across environments.

Desirable

  • Experience working with or supporting education organisations.
  • Current Microsoft Certifications.
