The Role

The role of Integrated Solutions Finance Support Specialist belongs to the Digital Technology team in the Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology directorate. We have 5 office campuses across the state and this role will be based at our West Leederville office. This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing on 10 November 2025.

 

The Integrated Solutions Finance Support Specialist provides advanced support for CEWA’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform and its integrated business systems. As a subject matter expert in finance and operations, the role supports daily operations and contributes to ongoing development. Responsibilities include resolving complex support issues, performing functional configuration, managing key reference data (e.g. Chart of Accounts), and participating in development sprints. The role also supports integrated systems such as Workday HR and Zycus Procurement, performing system administrator tasks and building cross-platform expertise to ensure seamless interoperability across CEWA’s digital ecosystem.

Selection Criteria

 

Essential:

  • Prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Proven ability to perform regression testing and validate system updates and integrations.
  • Experience managing and maintaining reference data such as Chart of Accounts, and financial dimensions.
  • Strong skills in resolving complex support requests within agreed timeframes, particularly for finance and operations processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and collaborate with developers and third-party vendors during sprint cycles.
  • Experience maintaining support documentation and contributing to user training and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.

 

Desirable: 

  • Experience working with or supporting education organisations.
  • Experience in support service delivery.
  • Current Microsoft Certifications.
