We're seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Business Development Team at West Leederville Head Office.
This is an opportunity to help shape how Catholic education is promoted and experienced across Western Australia. Working closely with schools, senior stakeholders and the Marketing Manager, you will deliver impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen engagement, support enrolments and enhance the profile of Catholic education across the state.

About the Role
Working within the Business Development team, you will support the delivery of CEWA's marketing strategy and collaborate with schools to strengthen their brand presence, community engagement and enrolment outcomes. Success in this role will come from your ability to combine creativity, stakeholder engagement and data-driven insights to deliver meaningful marketing outcomes across a diverse portfolio of schools and projects.
Please note, this role will require occasional travel to regional and remote locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver engaging marketing campaigns that support school and organisational objectives.
- Partner with schools to develop effective marketing, brand and communication strategies.
- Analyse campaign performance and market data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Support schools to build their marketing capability and strengthen community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Contribute to digital marketing initiatives that enhance the visibility of schools and the CEWA brand.
About You
You are a marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity with strategic thinking. You build strong relationships, communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and are passionate about delivering marketing initiatives that make a meaningful difference. You are equally comfortable developing ideas, analysing performance data and managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Essential requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Research, Digital Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing, branding, digital marketing and community engagement.
- Strong technical capability, including Microsoft 365 and exposure to CMS and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of your duties.
Highly regarded:
- 2–3 years' experience delivering digital and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience with website management, SEO and GEO.
- Experience analysing data and using insights to inform marketing recommendations.
