We are seeking an exceptional Catholic Leader and Educator to join the Executive Team in the role of Deputy Executive Director.  This is a full time five-year contract commencing January 2020. 

 

The Role

The Deputy Executive Director will assist the Executive Director with the coordination and development of all aspects of Catholic education in Western Australia in accordance with the Terms of Reference as articulated in the Mandate to the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia (CECWA).

 

The Deputy Executive Director will act with delegated authority on behalf of the
Executive Director as appropriate. The role promotes a culture of explicit witness, trust, authenticity, collaboration and collective commitment to improvement of the religious and learning outcomes of the system.

 

Your Background

 

The Deputy Executive Director will be a proven Catholic education leader who has clear commitment to being Christ-centred and student focused.  Fundamental to this role is the capacity of the incumbent to promote a culture of explicit witness, trust, authenticity, collaboration and collective commitment to improvement of the religious and learning outcomes of the system.
