About the Role

This is a full time maximum term leave cover position commencing as soon as practicable and concluding 1 February 2024.

Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) is committed to cultivating happy and healthy 21st-century learners who are prepared for the demands of the changing world and empowered to succeed. This critical role provides administrative support to the Digital Technology leadership team. 


What you’ll be doing
•    Provide first class administrative support to ensure the efficient running and management of the Digital Technology team. 
•    Support the diary management, travel coordination and Ad-hoc administration and project support for the wider Digital Technology team.
•    Cultivate collaborative relationships and provide an exceptional level of service, information and advice to internal and external stakeholders. 
•    Proactively plan and coordinate meetings, events, catering and conferences.
•    Prepare, review and manage correspondence to internal and external stakeholders as requested. 
•    Support the development of reports and presentations for the leadership team. 
•    Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage team invoices, quotes, monthly credit card auditing, contracts and agreements.
•    Manage leadership meetings – agenda, minutes and following up on actions.
•    Coordinate team building events, training sessions, and professional development.
•    Manage confidential and sensitive communications which require appropriate approvals and timely responses.


Your Contribution
•    Demonstrated ability and commitment to deliver a high level, quality customer service.
•    Ability to troubleshoot quickly and efficiently. 
•    Ability to effectively deal with competing priorities to meet deadlines.
•    Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with senior managers on a wide range of issues.
•    High level attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.
•    Capacity to operate with discretion, respect and trust, while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
•    Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
