The Role

The Receptionist is responsible for providing high quality customer service including receiving guests to the Catholic Education Office, handling phone inquiries, assisting with Chapel bookings and providing general administration support.


Key responsibilities for this role include: 


  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a warm and professional manner to the Catholic Education Office Leederville. 
  • Managing and distributing incoming phone calls, with an element of screening to relevant CEO personnel.
  • Sorting, distributing and responding to reception emails.
  • Recording accurate details of all deliveries.
  • Courier coordination.
  • Assisting with the management of chapel bookings and fees.


Your Background


  • Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
  • Demonstrated commitment for delivering exceptional customer service and be prepared to go the extra mile.
  • Three years or more experience in a reception/office environment/administrative support and dealing with a high volume of calls.
  • High level of computer literacy particularly in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to develop new skills in the use of other computer systems.
