This role provides change management, training, advice and support in relation to the roll out and implementation of Catholic Education Western Australia’s (CEWA) procurement system (Zycus) across CEWA schools and offices.

- Salary range for this position is I1 to I4 on the CEO salary scale ($110,590 - $123, 848 per annum) plus superannuation.

About you?
- Prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties.
- Understanding of change management principles and project management methodologies.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrated high level communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to apply effective problem solving, analytical and negotiating skills within the scope of responsibilities.
- Sound numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team with or without supervision.
- Sound computer literacy skills in a Microsoft office / Windows environment (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management tools, financial software and systems).
- Highly Desirable - Experience in financial management within an educational setting.
- Highly Desirable - Previous experience in a procurement function with an understanding of the upstream and downstream procurement processes.
- Highly Desirable - Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Highly Desirable - Demonstrated experience in reviewing exception reporting to identify and address discrepancies and deviations from the P2P process.
