Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) is seeking a dedicated psychologist to provide expert support to a network of Catholic schools across the state. This is a unique opportunity to positively impact student wellbeing and success within a faith-based educational environment.
Based at the St Catherine’s Centre in Doubleview, this full-time/part-time ongoing position offers the chance to work collaboratively with school-based staff, addressing the diverse psychological and educational needs of students. Your expertise will contribute to learning, behaviour, attendance, crisis response, mental health, and overall wellbeing.

What we can offer you
- Salary range for this position is 1.1 to 2.6 on the CEO salary scale ($90, 977 - $133, 372 per annum) plus superannuation.
- Accrues an additional 13 days of annual leave pro rata per annum.

About you?
- Degree or equivalent qualification eligible for full or provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA).
- Expertise in evidence-based psychological practices for children, young people, and schools.
- Proficiency in collaborative problem-solving, data collection, and evaluation of interventions.
- Ability to lead and implement programs and interventions at school, regional, and system levels.
- Competence in psychometric assessments, intervention development, and recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to work collaboratively in high-performing teams.
- Ethical and professional decision-making aligned with Catholic values and diverse needs.
- Self-reflective with a willingness to seek feedback and improve practices.
- Excellent written communication and IT skills.
- Flexibility to travel by car and plane as required; valid C-class driver’s licence essential.
