As part of our team, you’ll work closely with school staff to address psychological and educational needs, including student learning, behaviour, attendance, crisis response, and mental health. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering inclusive and supportive school communities where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

About You
We are looking for a psychologist who is passionate about working in educational settings and possesses:
- A relevant degree with full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA)
- Expertise in evidence-based psychological practices for children, young people, and schools
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in data collection and evaluating interventions
- Ability to implement programs & interventions at school, regional, and system-wide levels
- Proficiency in psychometric assessments and tailored intervention strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
- Commitment to ethical decision-making aligned with Catholic values
- Flexibility to travel (by car and plane as required) – C-class driver’s licence essential
