Join a dynamic team supporting the Quality Catholic Education School Review (QCESR) process, where your coordination, analytical and stakeholder skills will directly contribute to the ongoing growth and excellence of Catholic schools.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate timing and logistics of all QCESR processes in consultation with key stakeholders
- Manage data collection for schools undergoing QCESR reviews
- Support panel member selection and coordination in collaboration with School Improvement Advisors and Regional Officers
- Assist with the planning and smooth execution of each QCESR process
- Prepare materials and documentation to support review panels and Chairs
- Contribute to writing comprehensive QCESR reports that reflect key findings
- Develop and deliver workshops for QCESR participants, including panel and school leadership teams
- Liaise with CEWA teams to align QCESR with broader system processes
- Support follow-up on principals' professional growth plans with the Executive Director
- Coordinate the School Climate Survey system-wide
- Analyse and triangulate data to inform system accountability and reporting
- Prepare documentation for committees reviewing school improvement
About you?
- Committed to supporting the Catholic ethos in your professional practice
- Experienced in compliance, governance and/or strategy roles, ideally in education or system improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to support sound decision-making
- Able to work under pressure and meet competing deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new systems
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision

- The role commences 1 September 2025 and concludes 5 June 2026.

Where will you be working?
Your main base will be at the Catholic Education Office in West Leederville, a stunning heritage listed building that houses many of our office teams and boasts free parking and an onsite staff canteen. We also have offices in Broome, Geraldton, Woodlands, and Bunbury as well as our schools which are based throughout the state.
