Students with Disability Consultant
Are you ready to make a difference? Join our dynamic team as our newest Students with Disability Consultant! As a Students with Disability Consultant, you will be supporting Catholic school communities to provide appropriate educational provisions for students with disability, in partnership with parents, principals and staff.
This is a full-time ongoing position commencing in January 2026.
This role is based out of our Newman Siena Centre with a requirement to travel across multiple locations.

- Salary range for this position is J1 to J4 on the CEO salary scale ($131,340 - $147,062 per annum) plus superannuation.

About you?
- Prepared to support to the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties.

- Recent school-based experience with evidence of exemplary teaching.
- Specific qualifications and experience in teaching students with disability.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current drivers, impacts and legislation of disability.
- High level organisational skills including well developed oral and written communication skills and a capacity to work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Capacity to support school staff to assess the current learning level of students with disability, adapt the teaching curriculum and report on student progress.
- Capacity to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with parents, personnel in schools, and other learning organisations.
- Experience in facilitating Professional Learning programs.
- Highly developed skills in digital technologies.
- An understanding of augmentative and alternative communication.
- Ability to respond to the diverse needs of school communities.
- Current TRBWA and Working with Children Check.
- A willingness to travel to regional and remote locations
