Join our People and Culture team in the role of Talent Advisor for the Catholic Education Office. This role is part of our transformational talent stream and supports our five office sites with Talent Acquisition: sourcing and employing professionals to support the important work done in our schools.

What will you be doing in the role?

You will be providing end-to-end talent advice to office and executive leaders, collaborating with them to proactively source candidates in our five office locations. This role includes attraction, engagement, selection, and assessment of high calibre candidates for a wide variety of roles all while providing a great candidate and hiring manager experience through the process.

 

About you?

  • Understanding of the fundamentals of recruitment
  • Knowledge of proactive sourcing and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a geographically dispersed way, including using technology to connect and communicate with others.
  • A critical thinker who can use initiative and operate in an initiative-taking and responsive way.
  • Advanced organisational and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in MS Office 365 and other digital technology platforms and applications.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is desirable.

Where will you be working?

Your main base will be at the Catholic Education Office in West Leederville, a stunning heritage listed building that houses many of our office teams and boasts free parking and an onsite staff canteen. We also have offices in Broome, Geraldton, Woodlands, and Bunbury as well as our schools which are based throughout the state.
