The Role
The role of Virtual School Network (ViSN) Consultant belongs to the Curriculum team in the Teaching and Learning Directorate. We have 5 office campuses across the state and this role will be based at our West Leederville office.
This is a full-time maximum term position commencing as soon as possible and concluding 31 December 2027.
The ViSN Consultant is responsible for providing effective learning experiences for CEWA students by supporting the operations of CEWA’s online learning program, ViSN, and helping ensure the delivery of high‑quality online courses.

Selection Criteria
Essential:
- Prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties.
- Recent school-based experience (secondary) with a history of exemplary teaching.
- Excellent understanding of pedagogical practice.
- Understanding of CEWA’s Vision for Learning.
- Highly developed skills in digital technologies.
- Highly developed understanding of educational data that informs teaching and learning.
- Highly developed organisational, oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrated understanding of Senior School Curriculum and of SCSA compliance.
- Ability to show initiative and be proactive.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience in coordinating, leading or managing online learning programs.
- Proven experience in middle or senior leadership roles.
- Ability to work in a flexible and agile manner.
- Ability to manage complex scenarios, utilising creative problem solving.
- Experience in delivering quality professional learning.
