The Role


This role is responsible for delivering best practice records and information management processes and services to enable Catholic Education Western Australia Limited (CEWA Ltd) to effectively access it records assets. This role is able responsible for acting as a Copyright Officer for CEWA Ltd schools and teams. 

This is a part-time (0.8FTE working 4 days per week) 3-year contract commencing as soon as possible. 



Your Background


•    Qualifications in records management 
•    Previous experience working in an electronic document, records, or information management environment 
•    Experience and skills in functional records classification 
•    Ability to process and manually handle heavy boxes daily is essential to this role 
•    Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication 
•    Ability to maintain strict confidentiality 
•    Demonstrated high level computing skills particularly in Microsoft 365
